I had a wonderful experience at this hotel during my business conference. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made the whole stay enjoyable. I had a lovely stay at this hotel during the horseshow! The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, which made me feel right at home. The location was perfect for getting to Clover Wesley Park. However, the restaurants were quite busy, which did lead to some delays in service. Overall, it's a great pet-friendly spot with excellent food.

My stay at Bookestreet Hotel was disappointing due to a terrible check-in experience, despite the room being clean and the location being convenient for tech visits. The staff, however, made me feel unwelcome and didn't resolve my issues effectively. I won't be returning here.
